By using the website or approving a service offer, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms. The written service offer remains the specific reference for each request.
1. Nature of the service
Naura is a supplier research and sourcing coordination service. It is not the seller, manufacturer, freight company, or customs broker unless a written offer states otherwise. Depending on the package, the service may include supplier research, quotation comparison, preliminary online checks, negotiation, and coordination of samples, inspection, or shipping.
2. Service offer and start of work
- The scope, deliverables, price, and estimated timeline are stated in writing before payment.
- Work begins after the client approves the offer and transfers the service fee.
- Any work or product outside the approved scope requires additional approval and pricing.
- Approved communications through WhatsApp, email, or the written offer form part of the service agreement.
3. Payment and external costs
The client pays Naura’s fee using the method stated in the service offer. The cost of goods, shipping, inspection, insurance, customs, taxes, and government charges is paid directly to the relevant service providers and is not included in Naura’s fee unless expressly stated otherwise.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide correct and complete specifications, quantity, budget, and required date.
- Review and approve samples, specifications, and the final quotation before placing the order.
- Confirm that the product, its use, and its import are permitted in Saudi Arabia.
- Do not request prohibited, counterfeit, or intellectual-property-infringing products.
- Respond promptly; client delays may affect pricing and timelines.
5. Prices and estimates
Supplier prices, exchange rates, shipping, customs, and taxes may change until the order is confirmed and the relevant parties are paid. Any landed-cost estimate or shipping timeline provided before booking is indicative and not guaranteed.
6. Regulated products
Food, cosmetics, medical devices, chemicals, telecommunications equipment, and other regulated products may require licenses, registrations, or certificates. Purchasing will not begin before the compliance route is reviewed, and a licensed partner or entity may be required.
7. Cancellation and refunds
- Before work begins: the full service fee is refunded.
- After work begins: completed work and non-refundable costs are deducted, and any remaining amount is refunded.
- Third-party fees are not refundable after payment and remain subject to the recipient’s policy.
- If the request cannot proceed for regulatory reasons or no suitable supplier is found, completed research is delivered and any refund is determined according to the work performed.
8. Verification and limitation of liability
Supplier checks reduce risk but do not constitute a legal or financial guarantee of supplier performance. Naura is not responsible for delay, damage, or manufacturing differences caused by suppliers, carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond its control. To the extent permitted by law, Naura’s direct liability will not exceed the service fee paid for the request giving rise to the claim.
9. Confidentiality and ownership
Naura treats product and request information as confidential and may share it only as needed with suppliers and service providers. The research report is for the paying client and may not be resold or commercially published without approval.
10. Amendments and governing law
These terms are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They may be updated when the service or regulatory requirements change, with the latest update date shown above. An update does not affect an already-approved request unless both parties agree or the law requires it.
