What should you send?
A product image or link, quantity, specifications, budget and delivery city. For machines: intended use, capacity and voltage. For furniture: dimensions, material and color.
Quoted per request. Your written offer states the product price, research fee or selling price, shipping and additional charges. Installation and warranty terms, if available, are stated in the offer. The extra discount applies to eligible Naura service fees only, not products or delivery.

Can I order one item for personal use? +
Yes. We accept individual and single-item requests, including machines, furniture and devices. We confirm that the supplier can provide your quantity and specifications before confirming the order.
Does Naura research only, or also sell and ship products? +
Both routes are available on request: research and comparison for an agreed fee, or procurement under an approved sales quotation stating specifications, costs and timing. In the procurement route, we receive the product and arrange shipment to you from within Saudi Arabia as agreed in the offer.
Are the products already in stock? +
This is a sourcing-on-request service. We confirm whether an item is available with us or must be ordered from a supplier, and the timing of each stage, before approval and payment.
How long does the service take? +
It depends on the product’s complexity and supplier response times. The expected timeline is stated in the written service offer before payment.
Do prices include shipping and customs? +
Research package prices exclude these costs. For procurement orders, the written quotation explains shipping to Naura, delivery to your city and other charges, stating what is included or charged separately.
Do you handle regulated products? +
We review the compliance route first. Some food, cosmetic, medical, telecom, or chemical products may require licenses, registrations, certificates, or a licensed partner.
