Can I order one item?
We accept single-item requests for personal or business use. Availability, the supplier’s minimum order and specifications determine feasibility, which we confirm before payment. Sourcing on request does not imply ready stock.
Research only or procurement and shipping
For research, you receive a comparison of options, prices and relevant notes and decide where to buy. For procurement, you approve a sales quotation before we order, receive and arrange dispatch to you from within Saudi Arabia as agreed.
What should I send?
Send a product photo or link, quantity, specifications, budget and delivery city. For furniture, include dimensions, material and colour. For machinery, include intended use, required capacity, power and voltage so we can compare options for the same need.
How are cost and timing determined?
Single-item requests are quoted individually, with no universal service price. The written quotation states the product price, research fee or selling price, shipping, delivery and other costs and inclusions. Timing depends on availability, production and transport and is stated before approval.
Before approving a purchase
Review final specifications, availability, minimum quantity, cost and timing. Ask about warranty and installation if needed; available terms are stated in the quotation. Regulated products may require additional checks or a licensed party before purchase.
